Terrible customer service and inaccurate tracking! Extremely disappointed with Joybuy. The delivery tracking is completely inaccurate, and the customer service is a total waste of time. They just give repetitive, robotic responses and never solve any real problems. Delayed delivery with zero helpful support. If you value your time and money, stay away!

It's hard to find things to buy. Most things aren't actually saving you a whole lot of money - check other places before you buy on joybuy. Also, due to the changing nature, subscribe and save on it doesn't work well. I cancelled an Amazon subscription because it was cheaper on joybuy... when to buy but they no longer sell it, at all. It's ok for some occasional savings, but not worth joybuy plus anytime soon.

I downloaded the app as part of buying a TV for a 5 Euro discount. The App seemed ok, there was an offer page for new members in the first thirty days. It was easy , just check and they go in your inbox, Well once in your checkout cart the prices all magically changed. I asked them about it, and they said some required conditions, even though there was nothing at all about this. This is not a legal or proper way to set up a website. I'm now deleting it.
