Sponta: Job Search & Apply

Sponta is a job search app built on unsolicited applications: you upload your CV, you swipe through companies and, with a swipe right, you apply. Sponta writes the email and sends it with your CV attached; by default, you read everything before it goes. No job ads to browse: you apply straight to the company.

It's made for every profile: apprenticeship, internship or student job, first role, permanent contract, fixed-term contract, temp work or freelancing.

⏳ No more waiting for a job ad
On job boards you wait: for a role to be posted, for someone to open your CV, for an answer. Your job search moves at the pace other people set. Here you look at companies: what they do, their city, their size. The ones you like, you write to them straight away.

📄 How it works
1. Your contract: apprenticeship, internship, permanent, fixed-term, temp or freelance
2. Where you are looking: the country is enough, cities are optional
3. The number of companies you can contact in your area appears
4. Your CV as a PDF (5 MB max), even scanned: Sponta reads it
5. Your account, your details and your sectors

✍️ One application per company
No more blank page. Sponta writes a short email, 90 to 130 words, from your CV and from what the company does, then sends it to an address the company itself publishes, its recruitment address first. By default a preview opens: you read it, you edit it, or you cancel.

📞 The replies, then the phone
Replies arrive in the app, and your inbox sorts itself: new replies, phone follow-up, sent, archived. After three days with no reply, Sponta gives you the company's phone number, when it is known, and a call script with your name and the date you applied. That's usually where people give up.

🌍 Wherever you are looking, and in your own line of work
At home or abroad: the country is pre-filled from your phone, and you can change it. The app exists in 22 languages. From construction to IT, retail to hospitality, healthcare to logistics. Your sectors are read from your CV, and they filter nothing: the companies that match you come first, then we widen to everything else.

- Do I need a CV? Yes, a CV or resume as a PDF, 5 MB max.
- Do I need a cover letter? No, a short email that you read first.
- How do sends work? One send = one application; skipping costs nothing. 5 applications when you sign up, with no card details. Then: a pack of 150 sends with no expiry date, or Sponta+, 30 days unlimited. Two one-off purchases, nothing renews. Referrals earn sends too.
- Is it a job board? No, there are no ads. And despite the swipe, it's not a dating app.

Your job search no longer depends on what other people publish. You go to the companies yourself.
