we booked tickets from cologne to Bordeaux with this app. the only good thing in the app is that we see the departure times but that is it. The tickets come via E-Mail and you need several pdf files and the app has no real value. Also i had the impression that we booked a 4 person private cabin but it was only for one train of your four train rides and definitely the app made it look different it was (deliberately or by accident) showing us that we booked a cabin for all rides.

Hello Felix, sorry to hear about this experience. E-tickets are sent as issued by the train operator, we send 1 PDF per trip (so if it's a round trip you have 2 PDFs). Glitchy. Had to use because no other train websites worked well. Seat maps are a pain and clunky on the off chance that they ever load, the menu was poorly organized, the app reset my trip after only a few minutes AND when I switched to another app AND when my phone screen turned off. it's like they used chatgpt to code this or something.
