Bad app that I would highly recommend that no one uses. yes you can pre-order and pay through the app. But and a BIG BUT, when you collect your prepaid order you have to pay again. This is because no-one working at the airport knows how it works. I had to pay again, and it took 2 months to get the money back.

Scam. AVOID! Used a promotion at Hudson books. Never got the reward. Contacted support with a copy of the receipt and was told it wasn't good enough. Don't use and give these people your data. The worst experience imaginable.

Stopped Working With Totally Useless Support. I've been unable to log in for many weeks, tried unistalling and reinstalling, tried resetting password, getting a one time passcode and all I ever get is the same messsge ' We are unable to sign you in. Please try again later' Contacted support at client services, global contact centre and by DM. I've sent screenshots yet everything is being ignored.
