AI Form Fill is powered by Storm, Sitemate's AI Data Capture Agent for the built world. On your phone or tablet:

- Speak your observations in your own language. The record is produced in your workspace's working language, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Mandarin.
- Snap photos or record a video of the work. Storm reads equipment, defects, and conditions straight from what you captured.
- Attach a Word, Excel or PDF file and Storm reads it into the form.
- Every record is a draft for human review. You check it, edit it and save it. Nothing is submitted on its own.


Photos and videos

- Take photos and videos with the in-app camera, and every photo is stamped as you shoot.
- Choose what gets stamped: date and time, GPS location, who took it, and your company name.
- Stamps are embedded into the image itself, so they survive being downloaded or shared.
- Mark up a photo the moment you take it. Draw straight on the image, in your choice of pen colour and size.
- Storm reads the detail in your photos, so what is in the image becomes part of the record.
